By creating an account or using Mubarak AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Mubarak AI is operated by Synapse Solutions, Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Mubarak AI provides AI-powered tutoring, study tools, and progress tracking aligned with school curricula. We offer Student, Family, and School plans, each with the features described on our pricing page at the time of subscription.

We may add, change, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces functionality on a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice.

Students under the age of consent in their country must have a parent or legal guardian register on their behalf or approve their use of the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape content at scale, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the Service in a way that infringes others' rights.

Schools and parents are responsible for the conduct of users under their account.

The AI tutor produces educational content based on the materials available to it. Responses can be incomplete or, occasionally, incorrect. You should verify important answers — especially before exams or graded work — and report errors so we can improve.

The Service is not a substitute for a qualified human teacher.

Free plans are provided as-is and may be subject to feature limits.

Paid plans renew automatically on the cycle you selected at subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing for new billing periods with reasonable notice.

Mubarak AI, including the platform, design, and underlying code, is the property of Synapse Solutions and its licensors.

Content you upload remains yours. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, infringe others' rights, or pose risk to other users or the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synapse Solutions and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kuwait City.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
