This Privacy Policy describes how Mubarak AI (operated by Synapse Solutions, Kuwait City) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform — including the website, the AI tutor, parent and school dashboards, and any related services.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: name, email address, role (student / parent / school admin), and the school you belong to.

Learning activity: questions asked, content opened, AI tutor interactions, time spent in lessons, and progress against objectives.

Device information: browser, device type, IP address, and approximate location, used for security and basic analytics.

Content you upload: documents, images, or audio you submit to the AI tutor for help.

Deliver the service — answer your questions, track progress, generate reports, and personalize learning.

Improve the service — measure how features are used and identify bugs.

Keep the service safe — detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect users.

Communicate with you — send service-related emails (account, billing, security). Marketing emails are opt-in only.

Mubarak AI is designed for school-aged students. We collect only the information needed to deliver the service, never sell student data, and never use student learning content to train external AI models.

Parents and legal guardians can request a copy of their child's data, request deletion, or restrict processing at any time by contacting us.

We share data with service providers that help us run the platform — for example, our hosting provider, AI model providers (such as OpenAI), and email delivery service. These providers act on our behalf under contractual data-protection commitments.

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect rights and safety.

Conversations with the AI tutor are processed by third-party AI providers under our data-processing agreements with them. We do not retain conversation content beyond what is needed to deliver the service and provide progress reports.

Voice data, when used, is processed in real time and is not stored beyond the active session unless explicitly enabled by an account administrator.

We use essential cookies required for sign-in and security, and a small number of analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your account settings.

Account data: kept while your account is active and for a short period after account deletion to handle backup cycles and legal obligations.

Learning activity: kept while the account is active so you can see historical progress. You can request deletion at any time.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information from your account settings, or by contacting us.

Parents and school administrators have additional rights to manage data on behalf of children and students.

Mubarak AI operates from Kuwait. Some of our service providers process data outside Kuwait. We rely on standard contractual safeguards to ensure data is protected when transferred internationally.

When we make material changes, we'll update the date below and notify account holders through the service or by email.
